Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our international team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-learning projects for our global clientele. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong preference for those skilled in Articulate 360 .This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR teams, and other stakeholders to create interactive and effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning content using Articulate and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Collaborate with SMEs, to identify learning objectives, gather content and transform it into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e-learning modules.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content.
- Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional technology.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3, preferred 5 or more years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Proficiency with Camtasia and SuccessFactors Learning is an advantage
- Experience in creating animated graphics, videos and audio tracks
- Knowledge of SCORM, and LMS integration.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy, and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration SKILLS.
- Ability to manage projects independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in English – French is a plus.
- Experience working on international e-learning projects.
