Our Locations
Caserta is our biggest plant in Italy with about 250 colleagues. It was founded in 1973. Caserta manufactures stampings such as front and side rails or other structural parts, as well as complex structural assemblies, for example, front and side rail cross members or crash beams.
Melfi
Our plant in Melfi was established in 1993. Around 120 colleagues produce complex structural assemblies like longitudinal rails, front and rear crash beams, suspension bars, dashboards and underbody beams.
Turin
In Turin, many of the around 40 colleagues are Engineers who work in the Technology Center. This includes Product Design, CAE, Stamping Engineering, Assembly Engineering, Dimensional Engineering, Logistics Design, and Prototyping. We also have Sales, Finance, HR, and IT colleagues who cooperate and lead global projects.
Varedo
Balconi offers suitable and efficient machines as well as innovative technological solutions and integrated production lines. The entire manufacturing process is carried out in the plant located in Varedo where all production phases, from design to machining, precision assembly, commissioning, and customer service, are controlled to ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the high-quality levels of the machines produced.
